A very elegant wine displaying melon and grapefruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity.
The subtle and well integrated French oak barrel fermentation creates a complex and refined palate with a creamy texture and a lingering finish. Pale yellow/straw. Subtle grapefruit and sweet nut aromas.
Drinking well now or will develop rewarding bottle age complexity with careful medium term cellaring, 2-5 years.
A great all-rounder this wine is excellent with any seafood, rich white meat dishes and many styles of pasta.

An assemblage of tank and barrel fermented portions, the latter second and third pass. The result is a round, mid-weighted and highly appetising wine that has benefited from time in bottle and the subsequent integration of the various components. Baked apple, cinnamon and hazelnut flavours expand across gentle seams of oak, nicely tucked into the fold. The finish has an effortless pulse, lingering nicely across the gums. Fine drinking already 90 Points
