The palate displays an elegant mineral line with refreshing and crisp pine/lime and lemon flavours present. The acid structure is vibrant and lively as a young wine, which will soften and gain complexity with age.
Excellent whilst young or will develop very rewarding toasty, honey characters with careful long term cellaring up to 10 years.
Perfectly matched with fresh or cooked seafood.

A softer, more forward vintage by virtue of the wetter year. This has its advantages. Many. One, the approachability of the wine in its youth. Already softer than many, with a spool of lanolin, baked apple and lemon zest unreeled across a bridle of gentle acidity, the flavours are towed to good length without any edge or brittleness. A lovely wine to drink on the earlier side 93 Points
