The wine offers an elegant mineral line with a refreshing citrus core driving through the palate. With careful French oaking treatments and extended lees contact the palate is well structured and complex displaying melon flavours with a creamy finish. Pale straw with green tinged hues. Subtle melon and tropical fruit aromas with delicate oak complexity.
Drinking well now or will develop very rewarding nutty and buttery characters with careful medium term cellaring, 2-7 years.
Excellent with rich white meat dishes and many styles of risotto and pasta.

A pointed, restrained and highly sophisticated aroma of toasted nuts, brioche and marzipan, skirting skinny phenolic rails and a breeze of acidity. Good sappy length. Moreover, nice drinking nearly on. To be rewarded for this 93 Points
