The palate offers generosity of cherry fruit flavour and spice whilst remaining elegantly structured. The fine grained tannins build upon a long and expansive finish. Medium red in colour with a bright ruby red hue. A lifted fragrant bouquet of red and black cherries with a dash of quality French oak.
Drinking well now or will further develop with careful cellaring up to 10 years.
Goes well with lamb, pork and game.
