Garfish Manly invites you to an elegant long lunch by the water, celebrating the artistry of fine dining and premium Hunter Valley wines. This exclusive five-course menu has been thoughtfully crafted by the Garfish culinary team, each dish paired to perfection with Leogate Estate’s most distinguished wines.
From freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters dressed with apple and lychee mignonette alongside the vibrant 2025 “Brokenback” Verdelho, to rich roast chicken with pomme purée and velouté complemented by the bold 2014 “Brokenback” Reserve Shiraz, every course has been designed to delight.*
Guiding the experience will be Leogate’s Senior Winemaker, Vivian, sharing the stories behind the wines, the vineyard, and the craft that defines Leogate Estate. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase limited wines rarely found elsewhere.
